Jobs for Women: Anniversary Celebration 2017
To mark the occasion of 23 years since the campaign won it's Anti-Discrimination case in the High Court of Australia, in July 2017, the Jobs for Women Film project helped celebrate with food and music along with members of the campaign and their supporters. Women involved in this little-known campaign that has been called "the most important piece of discrimination litigation that has occurred in this country" attended, from Brisbane, Hobart and locally!
Thanks to a cultural grant form the Wollongong City Council, parts of this celebration were filmed for the documentary about the Jobs for Women campaign.
